The evaluations issued by Westwood Evaluations rely solely upon copies of documents provided to it by the attorney and their clients, and represented by them to be authentic and true copies of original documents. Westwood Evaluations does not verify the authenticity of the documents, and does not represent that the documents submitted to it for evaluation meets evidentiary standards of any state of federal agency or any court. If Westwood Evaluations becomes aware that submitted documents have been forged or tampered with, the evaluation will be immediately cancelled. No refund will be issued. Evaluations are based upon current educational information and resources available in the Unites States. The evaluations of Westwood Evaluations are accurate and correct to the best of its knowledge, pursuant to requirements of the Citizenship and Immigration Services of the United States Department of Justice.

All evaluations provided by Westwood Evaluations are not binding on any institution, organization, or agency. Westwood Evaluations is not responsible for any damages resulting from usage of our evaluations by clients. Westwood Evaluations reserves the right to discard all documentation one year after completing an evaluation request. Your request for an evaluation constitutes your acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions for that and all subsequent evaluations. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
